JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales and Operations Coordinator role is a position that allows the new team member to gain hands-on experience in both sales and operations aspects at RMC.

The initial six to nine months will focus on acquiring foundational knowledge of the job functions in operations and sales, adapting to the specific needs of the destination determined by the General Manager.

This position offers a clear career progression pathway, leading to potential growth in either the sales or operations domain within RMC.

The Sales & Operations Coordinator must live and breathe in Santa Fe or daily commutable area. This is not a remote position.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Administrative experience
  • Destination Management or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills – including both hardware management and software familiarity; including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and perform a wide variety of tasks over the course of the workday; must be accurate and conscientious.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business management, marketing, or related discipline.

Requirements:

  • Min 8 years experience in Accounting/Financing
  • Min 3 years experience Mentoring/Coaching
  • Min 2 years experience in Public Accounting
  • Active CPA License
  • The CFD must live in Aspen or the commutable vicinity

Preferred but not required:

  • Proficiency in Netsuite
  • Proficiency in SalesForce

*The salary range base 140k – 200k plus PFP (DOE)
