Food Truck Face-Off combines the American phenomenon of food trucks with good old-fashioned competition – creating the tastiest face-off imaginable. Teams will start by choosing a cuisine and theme for their truck. They’ll create a company name, company logo, and build a truck façade. Teams will then be provided with specific set of ingredients, and suggestions of the dishes to be served, but no specific recipes – testing each team’s culinary creativity! The final stage is cruising through the food trucks and tasting each groups fare. This experience is great for events indoors and outdoors!
