RMC is thrilled to have Alicia Ann Igneri as our Chief Human Resource Officer! With over 15 years in Human Resources, Management, and years spent studying abroad, Alicia brings with her, extensive experience, awareness of a vast number of cultures, and a love of travel…all ideal for her new role.

With a passion for Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations – RMC knows Alicia will do great things! RMC’s employees have gained a manager who is invested in their success and development as an individual as well as part of the overall team. As a company, we have gained a leader dedicated to creating a united, educated, and enthusiastic team. Alicia is an excellent listener and has already made great changes in the short few months since being with RMC. Outside of the office, you will find her with her sweet husband, GianPaolo, and their two beautiful children, Jonathan and Isabella.

Alison Lynch-Loomis

Alison Lynch-Loomis

Over the past several years, Alison’s professional journey has been nothing short of diverse and exciting. From 2017 to 2020, she served as a Sales and Operations Coordinator at RMC in both the Vail and the Denver/Colorado Springs offices, where she honed her skills and developed a deep passion for the field. In between her time at RMC, Alison explored other opportunities, working as a meeting planner for a foot and ankle company and embracing the beauty of nature as a venue director for a ranch.

In October 2022, Alison tied the knot with her wonderful partner in the picturesque town of Vail. When she’s not busy with work, you can find her frolicking in the mountains with her three dogs, fishing in serene rivers, mountain biking, or hiking under the warm summer sun. As the winter snow falls, you’ll spot Alison carving through the slopes with a smile on her face. She also harbors a secret dream to one day own a charming farm, complete with chickens, goats, and horses!

Amy was born and raised in the Carolinas and is a Colorado Springs transplant. She studied Psychology at Anderson University in South Carolina and has a passion for working with and serving people. After graduating, Amy traveled and volunteered internationally for a year. After her return to the US, she began her career in hospitality. Amy enjoys creating the most enjoyable and purposeful experiences for the people she serves. 

Ashley Chaney

Ashley Chaney has been in the hospitality industry since he was old enough to work. He has over 15 years of food and beverage operations and leadership experience in hotels, including brands such as Westin, Sea Island Resort, and Montage International. Throughout his career, he has always gravitated toward and excelled in event planning and execution.

On his days off, Ashley enjoys exploring Park City and finding opportunities for “Adventures” with his wife Lauren and daughter Avery. You can find him golfing, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his little one.

Bailey recently relocated to Wine Country from Sacramento where she was an Events and Adventures Director for an active Senior living Community. Bailey graduated from Sacramento State with a degree in Events & Tourism and she excited to jump into the world of DMCs. Bailey has been an events manager for 8 years which has given her the opportunity to work with cruise lines, entertainment, Disneyland, and now RMC! 

Bailey loves spending her days off finding dog-friendly restaurants for her and her pup, Andy, and enjoying live music. She is also a Wedding Officiant and enjoys performing ceremonies. In fact, she just recently had the opportunity to marry her own parents! 

Belle Benedetti

Belle Benedetti

Belle Benedetti, originally from Sarasota, Florida, has dedicated her career to the hospitality industry. After graduating with a B.S. in Tourism & Hospitality Management, she pursued career opportunities in some of the country’s most sought-after destinations, including New Orleans, Lake Tahoe, Austin and finally found home in Santa Fe, in 2018. Drawn to Santa Fe’s desert-mountain environment, Belle also fell in love with the town’s unique blend of native and global cultures, and proximity to untouched nature. She brings over a decade of experience in hospitality management and is proud to showcase the City Different with RMC clientele.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Belle is a proud mother and finds joy in cooking, skiing, hiking, and supporting the arts. She firmly believes in the power of creating magical moments and treasures the opportunity to make lasting memories for others.

Berry Hoffman

Berry was born and raised in New York where she lived until she moved to Colorado in 2018, starting in Denver and moving to Vail in 2020. She began her career in New York City as a Sales Assistant for a high-end fashion label, who she was with for 11 years. Not only was Berry in sales, she also developed and launched a jewelry and shoe line. When she moved to Denver, she made a career move into Marketing as a project manager. And now Berry is thrilled to be in the events world at RMC. When she has down time she loves to ski, hike and just drive around exploring with her best companion Riva, a 3-year-old Bernedoodle, who is a spit fire!

Bradley Balow

Bradley Balow

Brad – a graduate of Michigan State University – is an experienced hospitality sales and operations leader that closed new sales and operated over 150 conferences, incentives, product launches, citywide trade shows, and sporting and experimental marketing events throughout his career. Before his time at RMC, Brad has been a key contributor at MCI USA, Eddyline, The Peaks Resort, Vail Resorts, Gavel International and Lighthouse Events.

Outside of work, Brad is actively involved in volunteering and youth leadership, including The National Society of the Children of the American Revolution (the oldest patriotic youth organization in the country, for descendants of the American Revolution). He is also a passionate skier, golfer and outdoorsman who enjoys foods that are vehicles for hot sauce. He lives in Arvada, Colorado with his wife, Amy, and their two daughters, Tabby and Lily.

Brandon Bovre

Brandon, who is a Texas native and University of Texas at Dallas alumnus, got his start working in marketing at two Chambers of Commerce in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, but for the last 5 years, he has worked in hospitality sales and marketing. In 2018, Brandon relocated to Savannah, Georgia where he joined the RMC team in 2020 as the Lowcountry office’s Sales Manager. He now lives in Dallas, Texas where he serves as one of RMC’s Directors of National Sales.

Brandon loves being outdoors. When he isn’t working, he can be found enjoying the fun and vibrant city of Dallas.

Brenda Broxton

Brenda Broxton

Brenda Broxton is known as “The Office Whisperer” due to her ability to calm and quiet a hectic office environment. Brenda, a Southern California native, has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for more than 20 years. She brings a lot of finance-related hospitality industry experience to her job, previously serving as Controller for company supplying art pieces and mirrors to hotel properties. Brenda has also worked as an Executive Assistant, a Human Resources Manager and as an Outside Sales Manager.

But it’s not all work for Brenda! When not in the office she enjoys time with her husband and two girls on and around Snowmass Mountain. Her summers are spent swimming, boating, camping, and hiking and during winter she enjoys skiing and snowmobiling. With all that she still finds time to volunteer. Brenda works with the Advocate Safe House, which serves survivors of domestic and sexual violence.

Brenna Young

Louisiana native Brenna Young is turning her passion for travel into a career as Senior Operations Manager in RMC’s Aspen office. Young, who holds a degree in Public Relations from Louisiana State University and studied abroad in Leicester England, got her start in destination management through RMC’s internship program. She spent a summer assisting the Aspen Operations team and was even able to help run a few programs herself. Brenna’s studies in Mass Communication, Public Relations and Business help her to plan and execute successful programs for RMC clients. Her passion for travel and her own travel experiences give her a great perspective on how to create a superior guest experience.

Brenna is excited to get to know Aspen and the surrounding areas better and is looking forward to exploring with her dog, Bentley. She also enjoys travel blogging and a good cup of coffee.

Bryant Sterczala

Bryant Sterczala

Bryant is a storyteller, an event producer, and a writer by trade, who moved to Bozeman five years ago. With over a decade of experience producing large-scale events, Bryant has worked on both the creative & logistical sides of the event industry. He has helped create iconic events, including the New York Marathon, the Five Boro Bike Tour, the 2018 PBR Event of the Year, the Avon 39 Walks to End Breast Cancer, and countless events of all kinds.

Opting to spend his 30s in the mountains’ serenity, Bryant started life in Bozeman. Within five months, Bryant went from not knowing a single person to landing several significant contracts. Focusing his efforts locally, Bryant designed the BZN International Film Festival from scratch, took the Big Sky PBR to new heights, helped launch the Jackson PBR & the Wildlands Festival, and organized the Hatch, MT Creative Summit. Since then, he has produced events for the Museum of the Rockies, Warriors & Quiet Waters, the WCCN & SLAM.

Camryn is a Des Moines native with a passion for blending creativity, relationship building, and innovative concepts. She graduated with a degree in Marketing and Sales from Iowa State University. After having immersed herself in diverse marketing arenas, Camryn discovered her fascination for events. Now, she brings all these skills together in her current role, always striving to exceed expectations and curating unforgettable experiences for everyone involved.

Having now relocated to Denver, Camryn found herself drawn to the city’s vibrant energy and opportunities. On sunny days, you’ll find her trying out new dining spots, visiting microbreweries, or enjoying wake surfing and skiing on the lake. When it’s snowy, she’s up in the Rockies, snowboarding on fresh powder. Her love for new experiences also extends to impromptu travels and backpacking trips, as she is always seeking new adventures.

Chelsea Steinbach

Chelsea Steinbach

After more than 10 years managing Olympic and professional athletes for the U.S. Ski Team, Chelsea Steinbach joined RMC Park City/Salt Lake City as an Operations Manager in 2019. Using her background and experience managing team logistics, transportation, sponsor events, and high-level donor dinners, Chelsea works with the Park City/Salt Lake City operations team to make sure our clients’ needs are met and their programs run smoothly. Chelsea, who graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Mass Communications, lists account and program management, budget writing and reporting, and travel logistics among her strengths. Her most valuable strength, however, is her ability to communicate needs from the client to the vendor. Bridging the two, Chelsea is able to operate successful programs for RMC clients that they won’t forget! 

Even with all of her hard work at RMC, Chelsea still finds time to give back to the community. She is board member of the Utah Chapter of Women In Sports & Events (WISE), a board member of the Park City Chamber of Commerce, and is an Alumni of Leadership Park City – a program to identify and develop local community leaders. And if you want to hear an incredible story, ask her about her great-grandmother who survived the sinking of the Titanic!

Chrystal is a renowned figure in the luxury hospitality industry, with over two decades of experience. A true connoisseur of wine, food and culinary experiences, Chrystal’s passion for the industry began early on in her career, when she worked as a sommelier in some of the finest restaurants & events in the United States.

Chrystal’s career continued as a winemaker and winery owner herself. Her expertise in wine and a passion to grow awareness of Santa Barbara Wine Country, developed into curated tours and educational food & wine events. This led to her wines being featured in some of the most prestigious wine publications in the world, as well as the White House!

Throughout her career, Chrystal’s passion for hospitality has been unwavering and her commitment to providing guests with unforgettable experiences has earned her a reputation as one of the industry’s most respected and admired figures.

Debbie Todd

A ten year veteran of RMC and twenty year veteran of the hospitality industry, Debbie has extensive knowledge of mountain and resort destinations. Debbie began her career at the Ritz Carlton and St. Regis hotels in Aspen, CO in Catering and Convention Services. There she learned the art of multi-tasking and perfected her attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction with each booking. She took this experience with her to Jackson Hole, WY in 2004, where she was one of the first fulltime Operations Managers in RMC’s Jackson Hole office. Building strong relationships with vendors and clients quickly emerged as one of Debbie’s strengths in executing programs. Along the way, she found a talent and knack for décor and is one of RMC’s leading décor specialists. Debbie returned to Aspen in 2007 to continue her career with RMC and is a key part of the company today, traveling to all of our offices to operate key programs, and oversee the success of RMC events. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, road cycling, hiking and spending time with her husband in Aspen’s beautiful setting.

Dominic VennLever

Dominic VennLever

Initially from the United Kingdom, after completing his studies, Dominic embarked on a year-long backpacking adventure. Filled with a passion for experiences and travel, he embraced a nomadic lifestyle, working and exploring diverse corners of the world. His adventures eventually led him to a decade-long career in the cruise industry, joining Holland America Cruise Lines, where he managed onboard sales, charters, entertainment, and guest experiences across 15 magnificent ships.

During his time at sea, fate intervened when Dominic crossed paths with Jessica while she was singing in one of the ships onboard shows, later leading to them getting married, unpacking their bags, and relocating back to Jessica’s Southern California hometown, eager to embark on a new chapter together and start a family. Today, they are the proud parents of three wonderful sons.

While bidding farewell to the cruise industry, Dominic’s professional journey took an exciting turn as he started his life working on land in America, including roles as General Manager at Classic Party Rentals, Director of Sales at Bright Event Rentals, Vice President of Sales at Choura Events, and General Manager of Blueprint Studios, overseeing sales and operations behind upwards of 6,500 events a year nationwide.

Driven by an unwavering passion, Dominic still yearned to continue his dream of constructing once-in-a-lifetime experiences in a travel/destination setting, alongside a devoted collective of individuals. This led him to jump at the opportunity to join the fantastic RMC team!

Dovie Lopez

Denver-Colorado Springs Director of Sales, Dovie Lopez, is a woman with a passion for living her most fulfilling life in everything she does. She believes in loving what you do, giving more to her community than she receives, and bringing people together. In her previous roles as the Past President of ILEA, as a Regional Destination Sales Manager, and as a Director of Sales & Marketing, she has had the opportunity to design, plan, and execute exceptional programs for global corporate, local state and non-profit clients over the last 15 years. Dovie prides herself in her ability to create genuine connections and empathize with her clients, turning them into life-long business partners; she calls them friends.

Dovie is a 4th generation native to the Colorado front range who holds a degree in Hospitality Tourism with an emphasis in Event Management from Metropolitan State University. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and friends, meeting new people, eating plenty of tacos, being at the gym lifting or practicing yoga, reading, creative writing, and scuba diving – when she lands within reach of the ocean. Regardless of where she travels, Colorado will always be her home. “Year after year, no matter where I explored, Colorado was always a place that felt like home; a vacation from my vacation.”

Eliza Heath

As a true native of Jackson Hole, Eliza brings her 15+ years of relationships with her, as well as an extensive “little black book” filled with the best experiences you can find throughout the local area.

After graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, she lives by the saying, “you don’t’ know where you’re going unless you know where you’ve been.” Eliza’s passion for curating once-in-a-lifetime events and experiences for her clients continues to grow and flourish, and she is thrilled to now expand her reach to encompass Big Sky, Montana – which she calls “one of the best kept secrets in the West.’

Outside of her professional career, Eliza loves spending time with her husband Levi, son Bodie, and two dogs: Hudson and Ridley – and you can almost always find her outside, soaking up the sunshine, on or near a body of water, or tending to her garden at home.

Emily was born and raised in Louisiana and got her start in events as Social Chair for her sorority, Chi Omega. That was the start of her love for planning and making small ideas come to life! While in college she was fortunate enough to be able to study abroad in London for a summer. After returning to the States, Emily relocated to Orlando when she was selected for the prestigious Disney College Program. It was here that she expanded her hospitality knowledge and honed her customer service skills.

In her free time, Emily loves to read, catch up on her Netflix shows and exploring her new home of Aspen, Colorado.
