Bryant Sterczala

Senior Operations Manager

Big Sky

Bryant is a storyteller, an event producer, and writer by trade who moved to Bozeman five years ago. Bryant can bring any vision to life on a grand scale utilizing the live experience and the written word as his mediums of choice. With over a decade of experience producing large-scale events, Bryant has worked on both the creative & logistical sides of the event industry. He has helped create iconic events, including the New York Marathon, the Five Boro Bike Tour, the 2018 PBR Event of the Year, the Avon 39 Walks to End Breast Cancer, and countless events of all kinds.

Bryant is a gifted networker with a tireless creative mind. Opting to spend his 30s in the mountains’ serenity, Bryant started life in Bozeman. Within five months, Bryant went from not knowing a single person to landing several significant contracts. Focusing his efforts locally, Bryant designed the BZN International Film Festival from scratch, took the Big Sky PBR to new heights, helped launch the Jackson PBR & the Wildlands Festival, and organized the Hatch, MT Creative Summit. Since then, he has produced events for the Museum of the Rockies, Warriors & Quiet Waters, the WCCN & SLAM.

After eleven years of creating spectacle, Bryant seeks to return to the industry he grew up in and re-establish his roots in hospitality. Before events, his first job was in a movie theater. His college internship was at a local zoo, and then he spent a year & a half working at hotels. Now he is ready to manifest his dream and utilize a decade of project management, vast production skill & showmanship to showcase the best of Southwest Montana to all who visit.
