Charlotte comes to RMC with nearly 20 years of experience in both event production and operations. Growing up in Chicago’s vibrant art and music scene, Charlotte began her event career with Live Nation Entertainment before traveling the world, operating large, live entertainment tours. When Charlotte wasn’t touring, she took up event and operations positions at non-profits throughout California, benefiting cancer research, sustainable agriculture, and supportive services for those deemed legally blind. Her vast experience has gifted her opportunities to grow from small businesses to catering companies and marketing agencies. She has lived in many of our nation’s largest cities, and even internationally. Steeped in many diverse, cultural backgrounds and armed with a passion for curating experiential and transformative events, Charlotte is now excited to join the RMC.

When Charlotte is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, cooking, and painting.
