Sales & Operations Manager
Jaime Haddad joined RMC’s Lake Tahoe office as Operations Manager in 2016 after an already-impressive 20-year career in Hospitality Management. She got her start at Sugar Bowl Resort, just northwest of Lake Tahoe, where she handled all sorts of resort management duties. During her time with Sugar Bowl she managed both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals for more than 11 different departments – ranging from special event planning and management to homeowner services. Jaime also oversaw spa & fitness, the concierge team, guest services, transportation, as well as the recruiting, hiring and supervision of an army of seasonal staff. Jaime’s hard-earned skill set has propelled her to a new role – Sales & Operations Manager at RMC Lake Tahoe – where creating a top-level guest experience is her main goal. Jaime manages multiple clients at once using her skills and experience to create seamless events, provide excellent customer service, and manage all of the influences on the program budget and logistics. The secret to Jaime’s success is her strong work ethic, her organization skills, and her contagious positive attitude which has helped her create lasting relationships with both clients and partners.
Even with all the time she devotes to her clients Jaime still finds time to give back to the community she loves. Jaime is a Board Member of the Tahoe Forest Hospital Foundation, a coach for the local chapter of Girls on the Run, and a Kindergarten classroom volunteer. And when she is not volunteering, you might find Jaime at the local Crossfit gym training for her next competition, running the roads or trails around town, or just enjoying “all things Tahoe” with her husband.
