Kayley Metroka brings valuable experience to her role as Operations Manager – experience that she gained as a former Sales and Operations Coordinator in RMC’s Lake Tahoe office. After spending 6 months handling the general office administrative duties for the Tahoe team, Kayley had the opportunity to start managing client programs herself. In fact, she recently operated the office’s largest client program to date! Kayley was also instrumental in doubling the number of Operation staff on the roster, giving her team the ability to better serve clients’ needs. Kayley knows what it takes to run a successful program too. Before joining the Lake Tahoe office in a permanent role, Kaley worked in the field on some of RMC’s larger client programs.
When Kayley is not working she can be found outside enjoying all the activities Lake Tahoe has to offer – including hiking, camping, snowboarding, and more. She also loves to travel and has been to Central America, Southeast Asia and Europe.
