Melissa Noddings was born and raised in South Florida and relocated to Savannah in 2019 as part of the opening team for the JW Marriott Savannah events department. After gaining several years of experience working in luxury brand hotels in event management, she has decided to branch off into a new passion, event planning for destination management companies. Melissa prides herself on her client’s reaction once an event comes together and their dreams have manifested. Her detail oriented mind, belief in teamwork and effective communication has set her up for success year after year and we are thrilled to have her on the RMC Team.

When she isn’t managing amazing events, one can find her at diving into home improvement projects or out in the city exploring new restaurants with her husband.
