Operations Manager Mona Stallard has deep roots in the Napa Valley hospitality community – almost 15 years deep. After spending the 1990s in Silicon Valley, during the rapid growth of the dot com industry, Mona and her husband followed their passion for food and wine and relocated to Napa where she began her career in hospitality. Mona has worked for wineries, hotel properties, tour operators, and even as an independent contractor – with a special focus on corporate and group events at all of her jobs. She has certainly built a powerful skill set through these experiences that she taps into as Operations Manager in RMC’s Napa/Sonoma office. Exceptional attention to detail, effective communication, and strong budget management are some of Mona’s best skills but it is her deep understanding of key factors of the client experience – food and beverage planning, event logistics and transportation management – that make her someone our clients want working for them.
Mona, a California native, loves cooking as much as she loves wine. She and her husband have a real passion for travel as well and try to travel as much as they can. One of their regular trips is to Nevada where they race their car in the bi-annual Silver State Classic Challenge.
