California native Sarah Lehmberg joined RMC as a Creative Development Manager after several years of working as a Special Events Manager at some of Santa Barbara’s most prestigious and sought-after venues. After growing up in the small mountain town of Grass Valley, Sarah moved to Santa Barbara to receive her degree in Communication from UCSB. Soon after graduation, Sarah found her passion in the events industry because it combined her love for creating connections with people while also getting to be creative. She is thrilled to bring her experience to the growing RMC team and continue to help create amazing experiences for people in this new role. In her free time, Sarah enjoys road trips, camping and spending relaxing days of the beach!
