A Colorado transplant, Sibby grew up in Rome, Georgia, graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Communications. In 1998 she moved to Aspen and has been working in the hospitality industry ever since. Before joining RMC in 2006, Sibby worked in the luxury hotel market, serving as Conference Manager at the St. Regis Resort, Aspen where she earned a reputation for being dedicated, energetic and upbeat.  She prides herself on her attention to detail, being well organized, and having a true love of operations. Throughout her career, her passion for creating memorable experiences and developing relationships has been paramount. Sibby, her husband Chris, and their daughter, Katie Sib, enjoy the outdoor life including skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, and river rafting.
