Stephanie Swanson describes herself as someone who likes to “make magic happen.” As an Operations Manager in the RMC Denver/Colorado Springs office she does just that! Stephanie enjoys working behind the scenes – solving problems and completing tasks that lead to well-orchestrated events for her clients and their guests. She works hard to make sure that guests experience beautiful and fun events that they will always remember. Stephanie, who was born and raised in Colorado and studied Communications and Political Science at Colorado State University, began her career with RMC in 2012 – first as an intern and then as Sales & Operations Coordinator. Stephanie spent several years as an executive assistant while at the same time gaining event and food & beverage management experience, to which she attributes her project management and vendor relationship skills, as well as her eye for details. Upon this foundation, Stephanie returned to RMC to operate client programs with the level of service RMC clients have come to expect.
When Stephanie is not busy working for guests, she can be found at local Farmers’ Markets, getting inspiration from Top Chef, and creating delicious meals for her friends and family in her kitchen. She is a lifelong learner and is usually reading an interesting book, traveling to new places, or just unwinding in the Colorado wilderness.
