Tolley was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, and graduated from The University of Mississippi majoring in Business Administration. She enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, travelling to places far and near, participating on concerts and sporting events – she especially loves to follow college football! Tolley is extremely excited to explore Aspen as a local now and be a member of the team at RMC!
