Location: Denver, CO (on-site, not remote)

Reports to: General Manager

Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 (DOE), plus Pay for Performance Incentive Plan (PFP)

Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Independently prospect, respond to RFP’s, and work closely with existing clients and hotel partners to develop, propose, sell, and close programs.

  • Develop creative proposals, contracts, and site inspection collateral tailored to meet the needs of specific program requests.

Overview:

• Ability to think innovatively and offer suggestions to RMC’s Executive Team, which would be introduced to streamline processes in place
