Set on the sunlit lawn of the historic Governor Thomas Bennett House in Charleston, this luncheon embraced the beauty of simplicity and place. Long wooden banquet tables stretched across the grass, dressed with geometric runners and softly styled with taper candles and tea roses in delicate bud vases. A gentle, soothing color palette allowed the setting to take center stage, while the home’s timeless architecture framed the experience with understated elegance. With minimal layers and thoughtful restraint, the design celebrated a “less is more” approach—letting natural light, open space, and historic charm do the talking.
