Day at the Ranch
The Flying W Ranch is an exquisite blend of a rustic and modern ranch! The extensive property allowed us to treat guests to an outdoor rodeo show during cocktail hour. Once inside the lodge with it’s soaring ceilings, guests were able to crate their own custom experience by choosing from an array of activations including Aura Readings, Wood Burning, and Jean Jacket Embroidery. A rootin’, tootin’ time was had by all!

The show stealer of the evening was definitely the pancake artist, who was able to make custom portraits of guests. The tastiest artwork ever!

Upon arrival, guests were treated to their own private rodeo during cocktail hour!
A Case of
the Blues (Jean Bar)
Guests were able to cozy up to the Blue Jean Bar to take their pick of jean jacket and then have it custom embroidered on site!
Light ‘Em
Up!
Guests were able to watch a live demonstration from a Gun Powder Artist! He created the design by laying out gun powder and the pièce de ré·sis·tance was lighting it on fire to set the work onto the canvas!

This old-school method of tin-type photographs played up the rustic element of the event, while making a great keepsake!
