“The greenery of the vineyard and the sparkling blue water of the lake provided such an amazing backdrop – we wanted to bring in an element that would ‘pop’ against it. So a bright, sunny yellow tone was woven through out all design elements. It played off the surroundings beautifully, and made for such a cheery atmosphere.”

The setting along the sandy banks of the lake could present a problem for those in heels. A shoe valet was set-up upon arrival, where guests could swap their shoes for provided flip-flops.

The sunny, bright elements of yellow were intertwined in all aspects of the event, including the charming letter-pressed menu cards.
Keep Your
Cool
Beautiful, woven fans were both pretty and practical – they were hand calligraphed with guests’ names to act as place cards, as well as keep guests cool in the Santa Barbara sun.

A talented, local artist was on-site and painted the lovely scene as the event progressed, which served as a keepsake for the client afterwards.
