of the Seasons
This spectacular event at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, is where our team completely transformed both the hotel’s indoor and outdoor spaces, to each represent a different, ‘Season of Colorado’. Winter showcased Colorado’s snowy, mountain majesty (complete with an indoor ice rink), along with the warmth of a cozy ski lodge. Spring had bright colors and florals on display, along with a giant flower wall and a flower crown-making station! Outside featured a stunning, teepee tent that split the event lawn in half – one side summer, showcasing wildflower centerpieces & a rafting photobooth. While the other side showed off the splendor of fall, complete with axe throwing!

Our team brought the season of spring to life (literally), with live artists painting on models as the canvas, with a giant floral wall serving as the backdrop.

the hotel’s ballroom was transformed into a winter wonderland, complete with an actual, indoor ice rink!

Colorado summer was on full display with this delicious and fun pretzel wall display in the autumn biergarten area.
Rafting

we livened up the standard photobooth, with this greenscreen whitewater rafting photobooth, that took still photos as well as GIFS for a more interactive experience.
