We not only rolled out the red carpet for this gala but the red linens and florals too! This 500-person event allowed us to glam up the regal ballroom at The Grand America Hotel. The red and gold color palate complimented the room’s existing look but also allowed it to fade to the background, so the table design could truly shine.

The velvet-draped entrance to the event gave a hint to the elegance that awaited inside.

The cocktail reception space was given warmth and drama with a wash of red for the perimeter lighting.
Glitz and Glam
Linens
To create cohesion (but also to keep it from being boring!) the tables were dressed in several different linens, which all featured different patterns and textures, but all used the same color palate.

Pretty
gorgeous, gold fanfare chairs were used for the seated dinner. Don’t forget! Chairs take up the most visual real-estate in your room, so make sure they are beautiful and make a statement!
