RMC is thrilled to have Alicia Ann Igneri as our Chief Human Resource Officer! With over 15 years in Human Resources, Management, and years spent studying abroad, Alicia brings with her, extensive experience, awareness of a vast number of cultures, and a love of travel…all ideal for her new role.
With a passion for Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations – RMC knows Alicia will do great things! RMC’s employees have gained a manager who is invested in their success and development as an individual as well as part of the overall team. As a company, we have gained a leader dedicated to creating a united, educated, and enthusiastic team. Alicia is an excellent listener and has already made great changes in the short few months since being with RMC. Outside of the office, you will find her with her sweet husband, GianPaolo, and their two beautiful children, Jonathan and Isabella.

Kevin is a Colorado Native, born and raised in Western Colorado. He attended Colorado Mesa University and received both his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting as well as his Master’s in Business Administration. He spent nearly 6 years in public accounting with his main industry focus being Hospitality and Service companies. For the last 3 years, he has been working in Corporate Finance for the professional sports and entertainment industry.
Outside of work you can find his wife Chelsea and himself (and their corgi, Gonzo) traveling around camping in their rooftop tent, hiking, golfing, and just relaxing outside. Kevin loves all things sports. He’s a big Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche fan and he also coaches high school football during the fall.

Lynn is originally from Townson, Maryland, and also grew up in Wellington Florida. Chicago became home when she moved into worldwide sales with Four Seasons Hotels. She picked up skiing 8 years ago and, ever since, has had an Epic Pass and keeps her skies and equipment in Vail ready to go! In her spare time, she also plays acoustic guitar and this past year picked up Pickleball. She has a great passion for travel and new experiences. Her favorite places traveled include anywhere in Italy, Egypt, Alaska, Bali, and East Africa on safari.

Rhea Stagner brings decades of global meetings and incentive travel expertise to her role as Chief Partnership Officer at RMC.
Rhea has served in a variety of roles with responsibility for ensuring innovation, high performance, and remarkable results across nearly every facet of the group travel business. A former Maritz Global Events executive, Rhea led supplier relations, sourcing, and business development during her 20+ year tenure at Maritz.
Passionate about recognizing unsung hospitality heroes for their hard work and passion, Rhea was one of the co-founders of the Above and Beyond Foundation, which recognizes and rewards outstanding individuals within the hospitality industry by providing grants to help them attain their personal and professional goals. In addition, Rhea served on the SITE Foundation’s board of trustees in multiple positions, including as President. She currently serves on the board of The Mighty Oaks Heart Foundation and co-chairs Gateway to Hope annual Gala.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Rhea currently resides in the suburb of Webster Groves with her husband Derek and son, Logan. The family shares her passion for travel, adventure and dessert.

Sarah’s career in destination management began as an intern with RMC in 2004. After graduating in 2005 with a bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Denver, Sarah went on to work in several RMC offices, becoming well-versed in both the destination management industry as well as the resources of RMC’s individual offices. In 2008, Sarah was called upon to open RMC’s Park City office. She established RMC’s Creative Development Department in 2015, bringing the proposal writing process under one roof to ensure cutting-edge creativity and style, as well as a consistent message company-wide. After spending two years on the RMC Leadership Team, Sarah was named Vice President of Marketing & Creative Development. In 2019, her title was expanded to Human Resources, and 360FIVE (RMC’s décor warehouse division).
In her personal time, Sarah is busy pursuing her yoga instructor certifications. She is also passionate about the mountains, outdoor adventures, concerts, and becoming involved in community outreach programs such as Mountain Trails Foundation and Sage Mountain Animal Rescue.

Shawn Thomson is the author of the RMC success story that began when she purchased the original Aspen operation in 1989. Since then, Shawn has opened an array of additional divisions, and has grown the company into one of the largest privately owned, and one of the most respected, Destination Management Companies in the U.S.
Shawn is remarkably innovative, consistently finds unique ways to offer solutions, and cites passion and people as her tenets for success. “I love the people I work with in my company first and foremost,” she says. “I hire for talent, set lofty goals, and then allow these leaders to forge their own paths to success. It’s a formula that has worked extraordinarily well.” RMC has received Colorado’s Top Company Hospitality Award, coming on the heels of prestigious recognition as one of the Top 25 DMC’s in the World for several years in a row. In 2018, Shawn again received the Top 100 Woman Owned Business Award – an honor she has been awarded for many years. Shawn splits her time between Aspen, CO; Lake Charles, LA; and Los Cabos, Mexico. Her daughter, Sarah, serves as RMC’s Chief Creative Officer.

Wren began her career with RMC in 2002 and has been indispensable in the company’s success since her arrival. Starting as Finance Assistant, she has worked her way through the ranks and is now RMC’s Chief Operating Officer. Her extremely organized manner and cohesive style keep RMC running effectively and efficiently. Before joining RMC, Wren worked as an AR & Job Costing Manager at a local landscaping company, and as an Inventory & Shipping Manager in Arizona. Once at RMC, Wren’s love of management continued to grow and after 8 years, she moved out of finance into full-time management and now proudly serves on the Executive Team.
A lifelong Colorado resident, Wren lives in Glenwood Springs with her daughter and her Mini-Aussie, George. Wren loves to travel and is constantly planning her next home improvement project. She’s also an avid reader, loves good wine consumed over good conversation, and has a passion for family and friends – which includes her RMC family.
