Brandon Bovre
Brandon, a proud Texas native, boasts over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. His background in meeting planning, hotel sales, and marketing paved the way for a seamless transition into the DMC world. Brandon began his journey with RMC at the Lowcountry office, initially focusing on sales before embracing a hybrid role of sales and operations. His dedication and diverse talents swiftly secured him a promotion to National Sales, showcasing his multifaceted skills within the RMC family. Brandon’s continued priority is forging strong client connections to deeply understand their needs and meticulously curate unforgettable experiences.

Jill Anonson
Jill has been in the industry for over 20 years with experience in Event Management including Experiential Design, Marketing and Sales Strategy, most recently at ITA Group. Having lived in Iowa all her life, she is very grateful of the ability to travel to many different places. She loves visiting all types of domestic and international destinations – sun and fun, mountains, cities, and enjoying it just like a local.
Jill also enjoys spending time at her lake-house in northern Iowa and trying new bars and restaurants in the Des Moines area. She is currently serving on the marketing committee for the Great Outdoors Foundation and was the Event Coordinator for the local chapter of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. She and her husband Jake are empty nesters with their goldendoodle Riley. Their daughter Keara lives in Boston and their daughter Camryn is studying at Iowa State University.

Kim, a graduate of Rollins College, brings over 30 years of hospitality industry experience having held senior global positions with 360 Destination Group, The Walt Disney Company, ConferenceDirect, and HelmsBriscoe. Kim brings a unique perspective to her clients with her diverse background and understanding of the importance of bespoke, customized solutions.
In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two children having traveled to 30+ countries so far!

Melissa Noddings
Melissa Noddings was born and raised in South Florida and relocated to Savannah in 2019 as part of the opening team for the JW Marriott Savannah events department. After gaining several years of experience working in luxury brand hotels in event management, she has decided to branch off into a new passion, event planning for destination management companies. Melissa prides herself on her client’s reaction once an event comes together and their dreams have manifested. Her detail-oriented mind, belief in teamwork, and effective communication has set her up for success year after year and we are thrilled to have her on the RMC Team.
When she isn’t managing amazing events, one can find her at diving into home improvement projects or out in the city exploring new restaurants with her husband.
