With over 20 years of experience in sales and event management, she offers a unique perspective that bridges the needs of both clients and partners, forging strong relationships that often blossom into friendships.
Outside her professional life, Amy’s vibrant personality shines through her love for dancing and performance. She is a dedicated supporter of her daughter, Ruby Rae, a figure skater, and actively volunteers with multiple non-profit organizations. When she’s not enjoying live music and great food around town, Amy cherishes quiet moments at their Spring Mountain ranch.

Bailey recently relocated to Wine Country from Sacramento where she was an Events and Adventures Director for an active Senior living Community. Bailey graduated from Sacramento State with a degree in Events & Tourism and she excited to jump into the world of DMCs. Bailey has been an events manager for 8 years which has given her the opportunity to work with cruise lines, entertainment, Disneyland, and now RMC!
Bailey loves spending her days off finding dog-friendly restaurants for her and her pup, Andy, and enjoying live music. She is also a Wedding Officiant and enjoys performing ceremonies. In fact, she just recently had the opportunity to marry her own parents!

Jacob grew up in one of California’s premier destinations, Santa Barbara. His best memories include ocean kayaking and evenings spent with loved ones in the scenic downtown area, exploring restaurants and visiting historic theaters. His love for this American Riviera inspired a passion for the world of hospitality. His work experience in hospitality began with operating the California Wine Festival, followed by several years in guest services at The Four Seasons Biltmore. Upon moving north to Sonoma County, Jacob immersed himself in wine country’s vibrant hospitality industry, operating events at numerous estates and progressing his leadership development at renowned Relais & Chateaux destinations including Hotel Les Mars and three-Michelin starred SingleThread.
Curating unforgettable experiences is a passion of Jacob’s, both in his professional life and at home—he is an avid host and enjoys nothing more than entertaining a group of friends for an evening of food, drink, and lively conversation. When he isn’t cooking up a storm in the kitchen at his Healdsburg home, Jacob can be found hiking in the Jenner Headlands Preserve, hitting the famed slopes of Tahoe, or planning his next trip.

Living in Sonoma County for the past 8 years, and living in Napa previously, Misty is able to contribute directly to her community and she is proud to be a local! Misty’s love for adventure goes hand in hand with travel, which she loves to share with her husband and their beautiful pit bull, Theia Love.

Whether it’s enjoying the slopes of the majestic Rocky Mountains, or exploring the picturesque trails with her husband and two beloved dogs, Mitzie finds solace and joy in embracing nature’s wonders. While excelling professionally, Mitzi also finds immense pride and joy in her role as mom, to her two sons.

A Sonoma County local, Stefanie grew up in an agricultural family volunteering at fundraising events from a young age, where she quickly discovered a love for community engagement. After graduating design school in Los Angeles, she began running Marketing Events for movie premieres at the world-renowned Cinerama Dome. She decided to bring her experience back to her roots in Sonoma County, working as a freelance marketing consultant & general manager of a popular brunch spot in the North Bay. There she developed a private catering and event program, utilizing a digital marketing plan to engage clients. When the 2017 Tubb’s fires hit, Stefanie felt called to action and tapped into her community to start SOCO Fire Relief, which became the largest donation drop off & redistribution center in Northern California.
In her free time, Stefanie enjoys heading to the coast with her boyfriend, Andy, to take their cattle dog, Stevie Nicks, on vista hikes in the sunshine. Her design school education fed her love of film, fashion & architecture and she can often be found on a FaceTime call helping friends & family pick out outfits or designing a new space! A true Californian, her newly found appreciation for biodynamic gardening has ushered her homelife into an era of fresh veggies, plants & pollinators, which bring a sense of gratitude to each day.
