Belle Benedetti, originally from Sarasota, Florida, has dedicated her career to the hospitality industry. After graduating with a B.S. in Tourism & Hospitality Management, she pursued career opportunities in some of the country’s most sought-after destinations, including New Orleans, Lake Tahoe, Austin and finally found home in Santa Fe, in 2018. Drawn to Santa Fe’s desert-mountain environment, Belle also fell in love with the town’s unique blend of native and global cultures, and proximity to untouched nature. She brings over a decade of experience in hospitality management and is proud to showcase the City Different with RMC clientele.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Belle is a proud mother and finds joy in cooking, skiing, hiking, and supporting the arts. She firmly believes in the power of creating magical moments and treasures the opportunity to make lasting memories for others.

With over a decade of experience in boutique and luxury hospitality, Brenna Bello is a dedicated hospitality professional known for curating authentic and memorable guest experiences. A Santa Fe native, Brenna has held senior roles with Heritage Hotels & Resorts, SBL Management Group, and Mark Kiffin’s restaurants where she specialized in team development, guest satisfaction, and community engagement across a portfolio of iconic New Mexico properties. She now brings her deep knowledge of the region and passion for tourism to her role as General Manager at RMC Santa Fe. Brenna is also an active leader in the local hospitality community, serving as Vice President of the Santa Fe Lodgers Association and holding memberships with Skål International and the International Wine and Food Society.
Outside of work, Brenna enjoys exploring the landscapes of New Mexico through hiking, camping, and overlanding. A passionate traveler, she loves visiting new places—whether it’s a snowy mountain escape, a relaxing beach, or a trip to Disney, where she proudly embraces her Disney adult spirit. She also enjoys cooking at home with her husband and discovering new ways to experience the culinary culture of her hometown.
Regional General Manager

Guy came to RMC with over twelve years of experience in event planning, brand development, and celebrity talent relations. He spent a number of years managing some of the biggest musical acts in Hollywood, coordinating concert tours, product endorsements, and red carpet events. Guy’s background ensured a seamless transition when he entered the destination management industry and joined RMC as an Operations Manager in 2013. After two short years, it became apparent that Guy’s rapport with clients, as well as his background in negotiations, was suited for a position in sales, and he was promoted to Sales Manager for RMC’s Park City and Salt Lake City offices in 2015. As RMC continued to grow so did Guy’s career. He became Director of Corporate Sales, then General Manager, and now Regional General Manager.
Guy, a Utah native, received his bachelor’s degree in advertising from Pepperdine University. Skiing, scuba diving, travel, and wine are among his interests.
