Gretchen Amerongen, CMP
Over twenty years of international experience in the resort and event management industry contributes to Gretchen’s expertise in providing the most discerning clients with exceptional special events. Her work has taken her around the world, from California, and Utah to Canada, England, and Japan where she organized events ranging in size from 20 to 10,000 attendees. In 2004, she earned the designation of Certified Meeting Professional and is still recognized with this title.
Gretchen was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a minor in International Relations by the University of San Diego and she was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders by Utah State University.

Raven hails from Everett, Washington, and although Colorado allows her to indulge in her hobby of hiking, she’d be lying if she said she didn’t miss the ocean from time-to-time! Raven brings a broad, well-rounded perspective to RMC, with experience in a variety of industries, from Food & Beverage to Beauty & Wellness – all with a common thread of hospitality and customer service running throughout.
In her free time, Raven loves golfing, fishing, coloring, trying new foods, snorkeling, going on road trips and attending music festivals!

Santiago is a Utah native, whose attention to detail was instilled from an early age, while working alongside his parents at Jan Pro Cleaning Company. He brings his positivity and strong work ethic to all facets of his life and has become an integral part of the 360FIVE team. During his free time, Santiago enjoys old movies and the great outdoors.
