Sal Casanas

With over 20 years of experience leading digital transformations and operational excellence, Sal has a strong background in implementing and integrating operational systems, automating and optimizing business processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive company growth.

Most recently, Sal served as Director of Business Applications at ArisGlobal, where he led global teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic technology initiatives. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Trinity Life Sciences, where he played a pivotal role in building a fully integrated technology ecosystem to support the company’s rapid growth. His experience also includes leading large-scale business transformations at Azenta Life Sciences, streamlining sales operations across multiple divisions.

Sal currently lives in the Boston area with his wife and two teenagers. A passionate traveler, he has orchestrated family road trips across Europe, Iceland, and the Pacific Coast, often putting his conversational Spanish and French skills to good use along the way. He enjoys an active lifestyle, spending weekends hiking, fly fishing, and exploring the outdoors. When he’s not on the move, Sal can be found stargazing with his telescope or volunteering in his local community.
