Director of Operations
Park City, Utah
After more than 10 years managing Olympic and professional athletes for US Ski & Snowboard, Chelsea Steinbach joined RMC Park City/Salt Lake City as an Operations Manager in 2019. Using her background and experience managing team logistics, transportation, sponsor events, and high-level donor dinners, Chelsea works with the Park City/Salt Lake City operations team to make sure our clients’ needs are met and their programs run smoothly. Chelsea, who graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Mass Communications, lists account and program management, budget writing and reporting, and travel logistics among her strengths. Her most valuable strength, however, is her ability to communicate needs from the client to the vendor. Bridging the two, Chelsea is able to operate successful programs for RMC clients that they won’t forget!
Even with all of her hard work at RMC, Chelsea still finds time to give back to the community. She is a member of the Utah Chapter of Women In Sports & Events (WISE), the International Marketing Advisory Committee for the Park City Chamber of Commerce, and is an Alumni of Leadership Park City – a program to identify and develop local community leaders. And if you want to hear an incredible story, ask her about her great-grandmother who survived the sinking of the Titanic!

Guy came to RMC with over twelve years of experience in event planning, brand development, and celebrity talent relations. He spent a number of years managing some of the biggest musical acts in Hollywood, coordinating concert tours, product endorsements, and red carpet events. Guy’s background ensured a seamless transition when he entered the destination management industry and joined RMC as an Operations Manager in 2013. After two short years, it became apparent that Guy’s rapport with clients, as well as his background in the negotiations, was suited for a position in sales and he was promoted to Sales Manager for RMC’s Park City and Salt Lake City offices in 2015. As RMC continued to grow, Guy became Director of Corporate Sales in 2019 and is now General Manager.
A Utah native, Guy received his bachelor’s degree in advertising from Pepperdine University and includes skiing, scuba diving, travel, and wine among his interests.

Born and raised in South Jordan, UT, Jillian has always been surrounded by the Rocky Mountains and everything that comes with it. She has a love of being active and enjoying the outdoors. Her sport of choice was dance, which she began at 3 years old and continued through college at the University of Utah. While at the university, Jillian got her bachelor’s in Mass Communication and knew she was meant to be in the events & hospitality realm in one way or another. Olivia has lived all across the United States, from Laguna Beach to the LowCountry, but Park City has always felt like home. After attending The College of Charleston and living in South Carolina for nearly 8 years, she decided to return to Utah. She missed Park City and its perfect blend of comfort and culture. Olivia’s experience working with luxury corporations began at just 17 years old, and has always been a perfect fit for her. Creativity and attention to detail are the core values that drive Olivia to strive for service excellence.
At home, Olivia enjoys painting (both watercolor and acrylic), watching bad Rom-Coms, and spending time with her overzealous Yorkie, Winston. She hopes to one day look back on a life well lived, both personally and professionally.
