Georgia is a southern girl from New Orleans with roots in San Francisco, excited to be back on the West Coast! Graduated from LSU as a biology major and psychology minor, and most of her professional experience is actually in the medical field. She has varied experience in the hospitality industry, including event planning for a biomedical research facility and several positions in the restaurant industry. With a lifetime of knowledge from observing and helping her mother with her business as a luxury property manager and interior designer, she found her skills more useful in collaborative and creative outlets.
In her free time, she loves to swim, hike, and run outdoors (the California weather is going to make that a lot more enjoyable). She values family above all, and nothing brings her greater joy than entertaining and cooking for them! Social and fun-loving, she is always up for meeting new people and bringing friends together.

Taylor grew up exploring the outdoors in the mountains of Colorado. This love for the outdoors took him to Bozeman, Montana where he attended Montana State University, and hasn’t looked back. While attending college, in order to get a free ski pass, he took a part-time job as a bellman at Big Sky Resort helping guests with bags, valet, and shuttles around the area. This is where his love for hospitality was found. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and many seasons working at Big Sky, Taylor was the first person hired for the valet/bell team at the new Kimpton Armory Hotel in downtown Bozeman and transitioned to start his own valet company. He worked as a chauffeur for a short time before deciding to combine his passions for hospitality and event planning and joined the team at RMC to share his affection for the little slice of paradise he calls home.
In his free time, you can find Taylor on a snowboard, almost year-round, or on a river whitewater rafting in the summer. In addition, he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, hanging with friends, and enjoying a craft beer at a local brewery.

Louisiana native Brenna Damerow is turning her passion for travel into a career as Senior Operations Manager in RMC’s Aspen office. Brenna, who holds a degree in Public Relations from Louisiana State University and studied abroad in Leicester, England, got her start in destination management through RMC’s internship program. She spent a summer assisting the Aspen Operations team and was even able to help run a few programs herself. Brenna’s studies in Mass Communication, Public Relations, and Business help her to plan and execute successful programs for RMC clients. Her passion for travel and her own travel experiences give her a great perspective on how to create a superior guest experience.
