Bryant Sterczala

Senior Operations Manager

Big Sky, Montana

Bryant Sterczala

Bryant is a storyteller, an event producer, and a writer by trade, who moved to Bozeman five years ago. With over a decade of experience producing large-scale events, Bryant has worked on both the creative & logistical sides of the event industry. He has helped create iconic events, including the New York Marathon, the Five Boro Bike Tour, the 2018 PBR Event of the Year, the Avon 39 Walks to End Breast Cancer, and countless events of all kinds.

Opting to spend his 30s in the mountains’ serenity, Bryant started life in Bozeman. Within five months, Bryant went from not knowing a single person to landing several significant contracts. Focusing his efforts locally, Bryant designed the BZN International Film Festival from scratch, took the Big Sky PBR to new heights, helped launch the Jackson PBR & the Wildlands Festival, and organized the Hatch, MT Creative Summit. Since then, he has produced events for the Museum of the Rockies, Warriors & Quiet Waters, the WCCN & SLAM.

Eliza Heath

Regional Senior Sales Manager

Big Sky, Montana

Eliza Heath

As a true native of Jackson Hole, Eliza brings her 15+ years of relationships with her, as well as an extensive “little black book” filled with the best experiences you can find throughout the local area.

After graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, she lives by the saying, “you don’t’ know where you’re going unless you know where you’ve been.” Eliza’s passion for curating once-in-a-lifetime events and experiences for her clients continues to grow and flourish, and she is thrilled to now expand her reach to encompass Big Sky, Montana – which she calls “one of the best kept secrets in the West.’

Outside of her professional career, Eliza loves spending time with her husband Levi, son Bodie, and two dogs: Hudson and Ridley – and you can almost always find her outside, soaking up the sunshine, on or near a body of water, or tending to her garden at home.

Maggie Boland

Director of Operations

Big Sky, Montana
Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Maggie Boland

Whether it’s coordinating an unforgettable getaway to Jackson Hole or expertly crafting a stunning event, Maggie Boland brings her deeply rooted Western heritage, her keen eye for details, and a love of curating exceptional events to each project she takes on. A native of Montana, Maggie graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and certificate in Entertainment Management as part of her business management and business marketing degrees. After three years of coordinating group events at The Ranch at Rock Creek Relais and Chateaux, her career led her to the beautiful Tetons where she worked as the Groups, Conferences, and Events Coordinator for luxury travel destination company Natural Retreats at Teton Springs Lodge and South Fork Lodge, and then as the Group Sales and Conference Services Manager for Snake River Lodge and Spa. Maggie believes the key to a successful program begins with building relationships. She doesn’t know a stranger and loves forging relationships with new clients.

When she’s not working behind the scenes, you can find her out on the river with her partner, Clint, and German Shepherd, Finnegan, in tow, honing her rowing skills and searching for her next best catch on the fly rod.

When she isn’t working, you likely will always find her alongside her furry side kick – Ms. Penelope Picklebottom, out and about town enjoying good music, great food and even better company.

Taylor Pingree

Sales & Operations Coordinator

Big Sky, Montana

Taylor Pingree

Taylor grew up exploring the outdoors in the mountains of Colorado. This love for the outdoors took him to Bozeman, Montana where he attended Montana State University, and hasn’t looked back. While attending college, in order to get a free ski pass, he took a part-time job as a bellman at Big Sky Resort helping guests with bags, valet, and shuttles around the area. This is where his love for hospitality was found. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and many seasons working at Big Sky, Taylor was the first person hired for the valet/bell team at the new Kimpton Armory Hotel in downtown Bozeman and transitioned to start his own valet company. He worked as a chauffeur for a short time before deciding to combine his passions for hospitality and event planning and joined the team at RMC to share his affection for the little slice of paradise he calls home.

In his free time, you can find Taylor on a snowboard, almost year-round, or on a river whitewater rafting in the summer. In addition, he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, hanging with friends, and enjoying a craft beer at a local brewery.
